In addition to that order, we provide a complimentary in-home evaluation to be conducted by a Registered Nurse Supervisor to create a Personalized Health Care Plan. We offer a full range of care that can vary from a post-surgical hospital stay with a short term plan of care, all the way to long term on-going care that may be required for an aging Senior. No matter what the plan of care may be, we are there to assist our patients and their families in achieving a very common goal of maintaining a level of independence and receiving care at home.

We also specialize in Wound & Ostomy Care as our Co-Founder & Director of Nursing has a special certification in Wound & Ostomy Care from the Wound Ostomy & Continence Certification Board®. This board is recognized as the Gold Standard for Certification® in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care. Finding a nurse with this higher level certification is extremely difficult. Patients in need of this type of care will benefit greatly from having their initial assessment and supervision conducted directly by someone with this level of expertise which we are proud to offer!
