In-Home Physical Therapy - Palm Beach County

Quality Care - The Unified Pledge Way!

For many, it can be beneficial to recover from the comfort of home.  This can be especially true when recovering from a physical trauma or impairment.  Unified Pledge Home Health provides highly skilled In-Home Physical Therapy by licensed therapists who take pride in practicing home health care!

What to Expect with In-Home Physical Therapy

While it can be personally requested, patients are typically prescribed an order for Physical Therapy from a medical professional such as an Orthopedic Surgeon or Pain Doctor that they are under the care of.  Once we receive that order, we will have one of our highly trained In-Home Physical Therapists schedule a time to conduct an in-home assessment and create a plan of care to help the patient achieve the prescribed goals. Once this has been put in place, our dedicated therapists will work diligently alongside of the patient to help them through their recovery!
